HP DeskJet 9800 printer is featured with fast growing technology called HP Thermal technology. It has the ability to offer high printing resolution. It has 600 colour nozzles and 672 black nozzles in print head. The printing quality of the device is up to 1200 x 1200 dots per inch. It can produce up to 4800 optimized dpi colours.

The print speed of the device is up to 1.5 pages per minute in best quality and up to 12.6 pages per minute in draft quality, and up to 8 ppm in normal quality.
