Canon Selphy CP770 Computer Printer is a compactly designed yet 
feature-packed device which uses Dye-Sublimation Thermal Transfer printing method. This printer has a 2.5” TFT display to provide the preview of images. It has a printing speed of 52 seconds in 4” x 6” size media. This is an easy to use printer with integrated storage solution and it prints directly from camera or memory card.
This computer printeris compatible with Mac and PC. It is a portable colour printer with wireless connectivity support. Compact Flash Type I, Compact Flash Type II, Memory Stick, Secure Digital (SD), Multimedia Card, xD Picture Card, MicroDrive, MiniSD, Memory Stick Pro, Memory Stick DUO and SDHC are the supported flash memory cards. It works in a network with wireless network adapter and supports IEEE 802.11b data link protocol. It has direct print feature and PictBridge support. The unit supports a maximum printing resolution of 300 x 300 dpi. It uses 3 colour inks with over coating and supports up to 24-bit colour depth.
Media sizes supported by this printer are 100 x 148 mm, 100 x 200 mm, 17.3 x 22 mm, 86 x 54 mm and 89 x 119 mm. Business cards, Photo paper, Photo postcard paper and Photo stickers are the media types handled. It has red eye reduction and borderless printing features. USB, infrared and direct print USB are the interfaces of the device. It also supports Bluetooth for printing from compatible cameras. Image Optimize, Borderless, Bordered, Date Print, File Name Print, My Colours <5 modes> and Red -Eye Correction are the print settings included. The printing modes included are All Image Print, DPOF Image Print, Fixed Size Layout, ID Photo Print, Movie Print, Single Image Print, 2-up, 4-up and 8-up Layout and Index print.
Canon ImageBrowser, Canon ZoomBrowser EX and Ulead Photo Express LE are the software included along with Canon Selphy CP770 Portable Computer Printer. Apple Mac OS X 10.3 – 10.4, Microsoft Windows 2000 / XP and Microsoft Windows Vista are the compatible operating systems. The operational power consumed by the printer is 60 Watts and the power consumed in sleep mode is 4 Watts. The required power is provided by external power adapter.
